This promotion is valid from 16th June to 16th September 2025 (inclusive) and is available exclusively to Independent Retailers who sell Headlam Brands ranges, including Kersaint Cobb, Kingsmead Carpets, Manx Tomkinson, Fells, and Telenzo.

A 2.5% rebate will be applied to total purchases made during the promotional period where the retailer matches and grows their spend up to 5% vs their designated comparative period (reference period as detailed in the promotional email).
A 5% rebate will be applied to all purchases during the promotional period where the retailer grows their spend by 5% or above vs their designated comparative period

The comparative period may vary depending on your purchase history and will be confirmed in writing by your Area Sales Manager (ASM). Retailers will be compared to either:

1. Spend during the same period in 2024 (16th June – 16th September),
2. Spend between 1st October – 31st December 2024 (if no relevant June – September 2024 data is available)
3. Spend during 1st January – 31st March 2025 (if no relevant June – September 2024 data is available).
4. All orders over £1000 (if no spend between June 2024- June 2025) – 5% will be applied to total purchases over £1000

The rebate will be paid in Love2Shop vouchers subject to customer accounts being fully settled. Based on customer payment terms some rebates may be issued during Q4 2025

Please note: rebates apply only to orders shipped, delivered, and invoiced within the promotional window. Orders raised but not delivered or invoiced by 16th September 2025 will not qualify.

Any tax liability arising from the rebate, including any reporting obligations to HMRC, remains the responsibility of the retailer or their company. For rebates paid in Love2Shop vouchers, it is the retailer’s responsibility to manage and settle their own tax affairs.
